Minimizing ignorance and differences on common topics: Knowledge and practical skills that will lessen communication errors, improve quality in interaction and knowledge of things that improve comfortability with surroundings.
Addressing Country-Specific Matters: Navigating challenges specific to participants’ countries of origin, ensuring they are supported in their transition.
Any Essential Information for Living and Working: Deliver critical information and resources necessary for navigating daily life and professional responsibilities in Finland.
Target Audience:
Our assimilation workshops/integration programs are being designed for skilled workers, the workers already possess the necessary job-related skills.
