Managing DirectorAfter my formative years in a Finnish päiväkoti (kindergarten), moved to India at five, which was my first major environmental shock. It opened my eyes to the vast differences in lifestyle, customs, and societal norms. Over the years, I had the privilege of living in three distinct countries: India, the UAE, and Finland. Each location offered unique lessons and perspectives.
Throughout my diverse experiences, I inevitably embraced a variety of skills that became integral to my personal and professional development. I learned not only the importance of adaptability but also the power of acceptance and tolerance. Engaging with different people, technologies, systems, concepts, and ideas equipped me with an open mind and a flexible approach to problem-solving.
